FeedOff is a free iPhone app that lets you use Instagram and YouTube without the parts built to keep you scrolling. It opens each site in a stripped-down browser with Reels, Shorts, Explore, suggested posts and ads removed, while DMs, stories, profiles, subscriptions and posting keep working. A built-in Shield uses Apple's Screen Time to turn the real apps into a block screen on a schedule you set, and Home Screen widgets keep the calm versions one tap away. There's no account, no subscription, no in-app purchase and no tracking. The filter rules are public on GitHub.
